Begin with one real need

You do not need to move your whole life into a new app on the first day. Choose something you already need to organize: a shopping list, a repeated task or ideas you keep forgetting.

Create one note and one checklist

Use the note for information you want to revisit and the checklist for actions you want to complete. Name them clearly. For example, “Home — useful details” and “Shopping — this week” give you a practical starting point.

Add categories only when they help

Start with a few broad groups, such as Home and Personal, using the category controls available. If there are only a handful of items, clear titles may be enough at first. Add structure when it makes finding information easier.

Use one short daily review

Open the item you need, update it and check what remains. Pin it while it is useful. A reminder can help you return to an action, but avoid setting more prompts than you need.

Keep finished work from taking over

Archive completed information you want to retain. Trash unwanted items, remembering the three-day restoration window. A tidy active workspace helps you see what matters now.

Expand when your routine asks for it

Add planners, recipes, subscription tracking or other item types as a real need appears. Free-plan limits are explained in the app, and Pro is an option when you need its additional room or features. A small organizer you use regularly can be more useful than an elaborate system you abandon.

When another need appears, choose its item type deliberately. Add categories that help you find information, rather than creating a complicated structure from the start.
