Know what you want to review
Streaming, fitness, software and other recurring services can be easy to forget between renewals. Stowlet’s subscription section gives you a place to keep their details for reference.
Use a clear name and accurate details
Give each entry the service name you recognize. Record the details offered by the subscription form, checking them against your provider’s current information. Keep renewal dates and amounts accurate when the service changes.
Build a regular review habit
Set aside a few minutes to review your subscriptions. Ask whether you still use each service and whether the next renewal suits your needs. A reminder can help bring that review back to your attention; it does not make the decision for you.
Tracking is separate from billing
Adding a subscription to Stowlet does not buy, renew or cancel the service. If you want to change a subscription, use that provider’s own account or billing controls. Stowlet Pro is also managed separately through the platform used for its purchase.
Keep the information useful
Update an entry when a price or date changes. Remove information you no longer need, or retain a reference where useful. You do not need to save payment card credentials to build a useful renewal overview, and you should never send them to support.
Start with the services you use now
Add a few subscriptions first and try the review process. The value is having information in a place you can revisit and act on, rather than relying on memory or scattered notes.
