This page answers common questions about Ayohi digital templates, printable planners, spreadsheets and editable files.

Are Ayohi products physical items?

No. Ayohi products are digital files.

That means nothing is shipped by mail. Depending on the product, you may receive a printable file, spreadsheet, editable template link or another digital format.

What types of templates does Ayohi create?

Ayohi creates simple digital templates for everyday life, home organization, budgeting, small business planning, Etsy selling, children’s routines, school planning and family events.

How do digital downloads work?

A digital download is a file or link you receive after purchase or download.

You may receive a PDF, spreadsheet, Canva template link, image file or another format, depending on the product.

Can I try something before buying?

Yes. You can visit Free Templates to try a sample when available.

Free templates are a good way to see the Ayohi style before choosing a paid planner, spreadsheet or printable file.

Can I print the templates?

Yes, printable templates are made to be printed.

Before printing, check the product description for page size, orientation and file type. Some files may be made for US Letter, some for A4, some for invitation sizes, and some may include more than one size.

It is always a good idea to print one test page first.

Can I edit the templates?

It depends on the product.

Some templates are editable. Some are partially editable. Some are print-ready and not designed to be changed.

For example, some invitation templates may allow you to change names, dates, times and event details. Some spreadsheet templates may allow you to type into input cells while formulas remain protected. Some printable PDFs may be designed only for printing and writing by hand.

Always check the product description before buying.

Do I need Canva?

Only some editable design templates may require Canva.

This is more common for invitations, event templates, cards, signs or other visual designs from Invitations & Events.

If Canva is needed, the product description should say so.

Do I need Canva Pro?

Not always.

Some Canva templates may work with the free version of Canva, while others may include elements that require Canva Pro. Always read the product description carefully before buying.

If a design requires Canva Pro, that should be mentioned in the product details.

Do I need Microsoft Excel?

Only some spreadsheet products may require Microsoft Excel.

This can apply to budget spreadsheets, business trackers, pricing calculators, inventory tools or Etsy seller spreadsheets.

If a product is made for Excel, the description should mention it.

Can I use Google Sheets?

Some spreadsheet templates may be made for Google Sheets. Some may be made for Excel. Some may work in both, but not every formula, layout or feature behaves exactly the same across both platforms.

Can I use the templates on my phone?

Some files may open on a phone, but editing can be harder on a small screen.

Printable PDFs can usually be viewed on a phone. Spreadsheet files may be easier to use on a computer or tablet. Editable design templates may also be easier to edit on a larger screen.

What should I check before buying?

Before buying any digital template, check:

I downloaded the file but cannot open it. What should I do?

First, check the file type.

A PDF needs a PDF reader. A spreadsheet may need Excel or Google Sheets. An editable design may need Canva or another editing platform.

If the file is inside a ZIP folder, you may need to unzip or extract it first.

If you still cannot open it, send a message through Contact and include the product name, file type, device and what happens when you try to open it.

My printable does not fit the page. What should I check?

Check the paper size, orientation and print scale.

Can I change the colors, fonts or layout?

Only if the product is editable.

Some files are designed for editing. Others are finished print-ready files.

Editable invitation templates may allow more changes. Spreadsheet templates may allow input changes but protect formulas. Printable PDFs may not be editable unless clearly stated.

Can I use Ayohi templates for my own business?

In many cases, yes, you may use Ayohi templates to organize your own business.

For example, you may use a business tracker to manage your own income and expenses, or an Etsy seller spreadsheet to organize your own shop.

But you may not resell, copy, share, redistribute, upload, modify for resale or repackage Ayohi templates as your own products.

Can I resell Ayohi templates?

No.

Ayohi templates are not for resale. You may not sell, share, copy, redistribute, upload, give away or repackage them as your own digital products.

This includes edited versions, translated versions, redesigned versions and files used inside another template product.

Can I share the files with someone else?

No. Please do not share purchased files with other people.

If someone else wants to use an Ayohi template, they should download or purchase their own copy.

Can I use the templates for clients?

It depends on the product and the license terms.

As a safe rule, Ayohi templates are made for your own personal use or your own business organization, not for reselling, redistributing or delivering as client-owned template files.

Read Terms of Use before using any template in a business or client context.

Are refunds available?

Refund rules depend on the platform where you purchased the product and the nature of the digital item.

Because digital files can often be accessed immediately, refunds may be limited.

Please read the product description and shop policy carefully before buying.

Can I request a custom template?

Custom work may not always be available, but suggestions are always welcome. They help Ayohi understand what real people need and what future templates may be useful.
