These Terms of Use explain how Ayohi digital templates, printable planners, spreadsheet files and editable designs may be used.
Please read this page before downloading, purchasing, printing, editing or using any Ayohi product.
Ayohi is a small family shop created by Andreea. Every template takes time, care and effort to create, so these rules are here to protect the work behind the files and to make usage clear for everyone.
By downloading, purchasing or using an Ayohi product, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Digital products
Ayohi products are digital items.
No physical product is shipped by mail. Depending on the product, you may receive a PDF, spreadsheet file, Canva template link, image file, ZIP file, instruction file or another digital format.

Personal use
Most Ayohi templates may be used for your own personal use.
This may include using a printable planner at home, printing a shopping list for your family, using a routine chart with your children, planning a personal budget, organizing an event or using a template for your own everyday planning.
You may print and use the files for yourself, your household or your personal organization, depending on the product.

Business organization use
Some Ayohi templates may also be used to organize your own small business, shop, side project or professional work.
For example, you may use a business spreadsheet to track your own income and expenses, an Etsy seller tool to plan your own shop, or a budget template to organize your own finances.
This means you may use the file as a tool inside your own life or business.
It does not mean you may sell, share, copy, redistribute, upload, repackage or claim the file as your own product.

What you may do
Unless a specific product says otherwise, you may:

If a product has specific instructions, those product instructions also apply.
What you may not do

| Use inside another digital product | You may not include Ayohi files in bundles, courses, memberships, downloads or template packs |
| Claim ownership | You may not claim the design, layout, file, spreadsheet or template as your own original work |
| Sell printed copies | You may not print Ayohi templates and sell the printed versions |
| Share Canva links | You may not share, resell or redistribute editable template links |
| Upload to marketplaces | You may not upload Ayohi files to Etsy, Creative Market, Canva, Gumroad, your own website or any other platform as a product |
These rules apply even if you change the colors, fonts, wording, layout, file name or design details.
No resale or redistribution
Ayohi products are for use, not resale.
You may not sell, license, sublicense, distribute, share, transfer, gift, upload, publish or make Ayohi files available to others.
This includes original files, edited files, translated files, screenshots, copied layouts, recreated versions, printed versions and files used as part of another product.
If someone else wants to use an Ayohi template, please send them to the Shop so they can download or purchase their own copy.
Editable templates
Some Ayohi products may be editable.
Editable does not mean unrestricted.
If you buy an editable invitation, planner, printable or design file, you may edit it for your own allowed use. You may not edit it and then sell, share, redistribute or give away the edited version as a template or product.
Editable designs may appear in Invitations & Events or other Ayohi collections.
Always read the product description to see what can be edited and what software is required.
Spreadsheet templates
Some Ayohi products may include spreadsheets.
Spreadsheet templates may contain formulas, protected cells, input cells, calculations, instructions or sample data.
You may use these spreadsheets for your own personal planning or your own business organization, depending on the product. You may not resell, share, copy, redistribute, repackage or recreate the spreadsheet as your own product.

Printable templates
Printable templates may be printed for your own personal use or allowed business organization use.
You may not sell printed copies, include them in physical product bundles, distribute them at events, upload them to file-sharing platforms or give them away as free downloads unless you have written permission from Ayohi.

Free templates
Free Ayohi templates are still protected by these Terms of Use.
You may use them for your own personal planning or allowed organization use, depending on the file.
You may not sell, share, redistribute, upload, repackage, copy or give them away as your own freebie or product.
Free does not mean public domain.
You can find available samples on Free Templates.
Product descriptions
Each product may have its own details, file types, software requirements, page sizes, included files and usage notes.
Please read the product description carefully before buying or downloading.
If a product description includes more specific rules, those product-specific rules also apply.
If something is unclear, please use Contact before purchasing.
Software and compatibility
Some Ayohi templates may require specific software or platforms, such as a PDF reader, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Canva or another tool.
Ayohi cannot guarantee that every file will work perfectly on every device, app, browser, printer or software version.
Before buying, check the product description for compatibility details. If you are unsure, read How It Works or send a question through Contact.
Printing results
Printable files may look different depending on your printer, paper, ink, monitor settings, print shop, paper quality and print settings.
Ayohi cannot guarantee exact color matching between your screen and printed result.
For best results, print one test page before printing multiple copies.
Digital delivery
Ayohi products are delivered digitally through the platform where you purchase or download them.
Download access, file delivery and order history may depend on that platform.
If you purchased through Etsy or another marketplace, please check that platform’s download instructions and your account purchase area.
If you downloaded a free file from Ayohi, follow the instructions provided on the Free Templates page.
Refunds
Refund rules may depend on the platform where you purchased the product.
Because digital files can often be accessed, downloaded or copied immediately, refunds may be limited or unavailable after purchase.
Please read the product description, file details and shop policy carefully before buying. If you are unsure whether a product is right for you, contact Ayohi before purchasing.
No guarantees
Ayohi templates are created to help with organization, planning, tracking and everyday use.
They do not guarantee financial results, business results, Etsy sales, savings outcomes, productivity improvements, event success or any specific result.
Budget planners, business tools and Etsy seller templates are organization resources only. They are not financial, legal, accounting, tax or business advice.
For professional advice, please consult a qualified professional.
Intellectual property
All Ayohi templates, layouts, text, designs, spreadsheets, files, graphics, product structure, instructions and digital resources are the intellectual property of Ayohi unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing or downloading a template gives you permission to use the file under these Terms of Use. It does not transfer ownership of the design, layout, file, system, brand or intellectual property.
Changes to these terms
Ayohi may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
The version published on this page is the current version. By continuing to use Ayohi products after changes are posted, you agree to the updated terms.
