How It Works
Ayohi products are digital templates.
That means you do not receive a physical item in the mail. You receive a file, link or template that you can download, open, print, edit or use digitally, depending on the product you choose.
I know digital downloads can feel confusing at first, especially if you are buying a printable, spreadsheet or editable design for the first time. This page explains everything in a simple way, so you can choose with more confidence.

The simple version
Most Ayohi templates work like this:

What is a digital download?
A digital download is a product you receive as a file or link instead of a physical package.
You may receive something like:

Printable templates
Printable templates are usually PDF files or image files made to be printed.

You can print them at home, at a local print shop or through an online printing service, depending on your preference and the file type.

Spreadsheet templates
Spreadsheet templates are made to help you track, calculate or organize information.
They may include budget planners, expense trackers, savings trackers, income trackers, business spreadsheets, pricing tools, profit calculators, Etsy seller tools or inventory trackers.
Some spreadsheet templates may be made for Microsoft Excel. Some may be made for Google Sheets. Some may work in both, but not every formula or feature behaves exactly the same in every platform.
Before buying a spreadsheet template, check the product description carefully.

Editable templates
Editable templates are designs you can personalize before using.
They may include invitations, party printables, signs, cards, event stationery or other visual templates. Some editable designs may require Canva or another editing platform.
Editable templates are useful when you want to change names, dates, times, addresses, RSVP details, colors or small design details.

After you download
After downloading your file, save it somewhere easy to find.
For example, you can create a folder on your computer called:

Inside that folder, you can keep your printables, spreadsheets, editable designs and product instructions together.
For printable files, print one test page before printing multiple copies. This helps you check the page size, margins, color and paper orientation.
For spreadsheet files, make a copy before editing. This helps protect the original version in case you change something by mistake.
For editable designs, duplicate the template before making major changes. This lets you return to the original design if needed.
How to print a template
Printing depends on your printer, paper and file size.
Before printing, check:

Do you need special software?
It depends on the product.
Some printables only need a PDF reader. Some spreadsheets need Excel or Google Sheets. Some editable designs may need Canva.
The product description should always tell you what is required.
If you do not have the required software, do not buy the product until you are sure you can open and use it.
Can you use Ayohi templates for business?
Many Ayohi templates can be used for your own personal organization or your own business organization.
For example, you may use a budget planner for your own money, a small business tracker for your own shop, or an Etsy seller spreadsheet for your own store.
But you may not resell, share, upload, copy, redistribute or repackage Ayohi templates as your own products.
